Russell is an enthusiastic teaching pastor, mentor, strategist, and leader dedicated to helping people know and follow Jesus, discover their God-given purpose, and reach their full potential. His teaching and preaching style are creative and engaging, always grounded in trustworthy biblical truth. He is passionate about equipping and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Russell is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute with an associate degree in biblical studies. He has served bivocationally both in Christian ministry and the technology sector. This combination of experiences has equipped him with strong skills in biblical teaching, public speaking, team leadership, leadership development, and implementing and supporting technology solutions.

Russell has enjoyed serving churches as a church planter, senior pastor, associate pastor, and youth pastor in Washington, Idaho, and Georgia. He is passionate about teaching God's word and fulfilling the Great Commission by loving and serving God and others. (Matthew 22:35-40, 28:18-20)
