What are the guiding principles for Small Groups?
Small groups are best conducted in circles, as exemplified by the early Church, which gathered in intimate fellowship rather than in formal rows. (Acts 2:42-47)
Small groups engage in theologically sound teaching and training that will grow and develop fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
Small groups are highly relational and intentional in carrying out the Great Commandments and Commission of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 22:36-40, 28:19-20)
